Using Facet
You may install and use Facet on your own computers, for your own purposes, personal or commercial. Nothing here asks you to register, and nothing here asks you for payment.
Your data is your responsibility
Facet keeps your recorded time on your own Mac and does not back it up anywhere. Keeping a backup of your computer is therefore the only thing standing between you and losing your history, and that is your responsibility rather than ours.
No warranty
Facet is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is a time tracker that depends on a Bluetooth device, an operating system and, if you connect one, a third party service, and it can fail for reasons in any of those. Do not rely on it as the only record of anything that matters, such as time you intend to bill.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using Facet, including lost or inaccurate time records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Other people's names
Facet is an independent application. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with TimeFlip OÜ, who make the TimeFlip2 tracker, or with Google LLC. Those names are used only to say what Facet works with, and they belong to their respective owners.
Changes
These terms may change as the app does. The date at the top says when they last did.
